I have seen Dr Spott about once a year almost every year when I get poison ivy. Anyway, he is quick and friendly and can appreciate an informed patient. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating, actually just snuck in an appointment today at 3:30. It is convenient for me as I work down the street, but is pretty convenient to reach from the Beltway for anyone coming a distance. He is an older man and has lots of experience and in my experience is always friendly. Maybe if you come in with an attitude he doesn't appreciate it, don't know from personal experience, but who wants to deal with someone that has an attitude! He's too old for that stuff (at least that's what I would tell people if I was of retirement age).
