I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. The service was impeccable and they were so caring. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.
