I was told about my treatments' benefits, and more information was provided as the process continued. The Chiropractor seemed to know his business and appears competent in the services he provides. He didn't make a lot of extravagant claims, and informed me about my own responsibility in dealing with my situation. He didn't run a lot of expensive and perhaps useless procedures, such as x-rays, etc. I was given an appointment within a day or two, or the same day in an emergency. I've never had to wait too long. The office was comfortable and temperature was fine. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed current and safe. The office is neat and clean, and well cared for.
