I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
