We always felt confident when we talked with the staff. They seem to really care about helping us and giving us the answers that we need. Polite, welcoming, and incredibly friendly are just some of the words we would use to describe them. Whenever we came here we always felt valued and important. The orthodontist spent a lot of time with us during my daughters visit.They were very knowledgeable of the flex spending plan and were willing to work with me and my insurance company. They seemed to be an expert in every type of braces. They fully explained the advantages and disadvantages of everything from metal braces to Invisalign.

The staff is very friendly and I would give them 5 stars! Dr. Pierce did a wonderful job with both of my children. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for one of my children to be worked on. He did not nickle and dime me if something broke. He would not charge us anything. We had tried a different orthodontist for phase I for one of my daughters. They charged a crazy amount when something broke and we would sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes or more before being waited on.

Dr. Pierce did wonderful work. He is a perfectionist and their teeth are straight and amazing. We are very thankful! His staff is great to work with. They are very friendly and caring.

My son and daughter both used Dr Pierce. We only used him because of the restrictions of our insurance. I would never recommend his practice to any one. All he is concerned about is money. We felt like we were herded through like cattle. Even though my children had minimal orthodontic work we still paid the same price as a full set of braces. We also found him unethical. Our dentist had warned us that they had not heard good things about him and we found that to be true.

My son recently got his braces taken off. His teeth look amazing. The office was good to work with. My son continually broke his brackets (no fault to the orthodontist) and they always worked with me to get him in and get it fixed as quickly as possible. Everyone in the office was very polite and professional. We will be returning in a few months to check in!! The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

They made sure every question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with my son's initial visit and satisfied with the follow up visits for his orthodontic treatment. The Frederick office was very easy to locate. There is a Germantown office also. The interest free monthly payment plan was a nice opportunity for clients that made paying for braces painless.

We took our daughter to Dr. Pierce for braces and were very happy with the results. Twelve years later, we returned to Dr. Pierce with our son. Dr. Pierce and his staff were wonderful each time. They were very friendly and professional and never made us feel like we were bothering them if we had questions or concerns about the course of treatment. They were firm but kind in talking to our son about broken brackets during the early course of treatment. I wouldn't hesitate at all recommending Dr. Pierce to any of our friends.
