Your dentist or neighbor has entrusted us to provide you with some important information about how you can achieve optimal dental health, improved function and esthetics, and comfort of the jaw joints. This could be the beginning of an exciting change for you or your child...

What age is best for first visit?
You may be surprised to learn that the American Board of Orthodontics recommends a first examination by an orthodontist at age seven for every child.

Is there a charge for my first exam?
No. The first visit is complimentary and will allow Dr. Pierce to let you know if you or your child are ready to begin treatment or if observation ONLY is needed.

Will my insurance cover Orthodontics?
Questions about insurance are important to some families at the first visit. The very best way to discuss insurance at this meeting is to come prepared. Please call your insurance carrier or employee benefits personnel before your first appointment to confirm your coverage. This will help avoid confusion and delayed treatment.
