They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I didn't mind waiting to see the ENT because my chair was soooo comfortable. They really care about patient comfort at this office. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I CAME IN WITH MANY CONCERNS AND WORRIES THE DOCTOR AND HIS STAFF MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE WITH MY DECISION OF HAVING SURGERY FOR MY SINUS AND NOW IM SCHEDULED EXCITED TO HAVE A GREAT LASTING LIFE.
