I have been to this office three times, and have yet to be seen by the actual Dr. Machida. Every poster in the office is about botox, lipo, laser or cosmetic procedures. His assistant is great but if I am being told I need surgery the doctor, who is billing my insurance company, should make time for this patients. Looking for a new ENT.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
