I see this as a continuing goal. So it might more specifically read "Be in the greatest shape I can be for this time in my life"

The Best Shape of Your Life, that sounds so appealing, especially for the more mature wellness seekers. I think to be in the best shape of your life, involves balance between attitude, service and exercise.\n\nI work with a personal trainer and was actually disappointed and did not see the results that I wanted to. \n\nI am now trying a different approach.

I work with a certified personal trainer 4 days a week. I have lost 35 lbs through workouts alone. I dont eat fanatically, i suppose I should. I work too hard for less than maximum results. My trainer states he can't make me eat right, i have to do that. He's right.

I just signed up for this 1 week ago. I realize that I will not log in and do all the things they suggest, but it is nice to see that I can be held accountable.

I stopped during the fires and OMG...I have excuse after excuse for not getting back to the gym...what is up with that? I swear...I love the gym once I am there. Mostly, I play racquetball and do a little weight training, but for some reason, I just can't get there...HELP!\n

I was doing great with my working out, then I caught a cold and stopped for a couple weeks not to push myself. A couple weeks turned into I don't know how long and now I'm finding out how hard it is to start up again! So, the learning experience is that once we start, we should do a little bit each day so that we never actually stop (that's my theory anyway) because starting up again is tough!
