This one is becoming easier to me through lent. I however have always ate semi healthy, but at times I allow my self image to control what I eat, and limit myself to less than what I should healthy food or not This one is a challenge for someone with an eating disorder, but it directly is connected to my next goal, exercise more. I don't mind eating when I exercise more, which that I have been doing for the last two weeks.
