I have the energy of a 25 year old though I'm 37 because of losing 37pounds. I've never felt better in my life and really want to help as many other people feel terrific also!

Why have the crashes when I have a product that is truly awesome which gives you energy and much much, which fuels (for every cell action) the mitochondria, Read For Your Self:\n\nSpecification Sheet \nThese statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.\nThis product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.\nCellular Energy\nDietary Supplement\nDescription\nCellular Energy is a patented formula made with glycoproteins or bioglycanates, the most powerful\nnanosized nutrients from brown rice. These glycoproteins are the premium fuel your cells need to do\ntheir job, which is to communicate with each other and generate energy. The more energy (ATPadenosine\ntrophosphate) your cells manufacture, the more alive and healthy you’re going to feel.\nCellular Energy uses only specially selected varieties of non-GMO, non-hybrid native strains of rice that\nare organically grown where the soil has a high alkaline level, thus making the nutrients in each grain\nmore potent. These selective strains of whole rice are then taken through a process using a proprietary\ntechnology employing both biotechnology and nanotechnology. This new technology creates complex\nforms of carbohydrates, proteins and essential minerals (glycoproteins or bioglycanates) at the smallest\nmolecular size allowing for a higher bioavailability of nutrients to the cell. When the cell has the proper\nnutrients (glucose and amino acids), in a form that the DNA within the cell recognizes, it can utilizes\nthis pure, biological fuel to feed the mitochondria (the energy source and powerhouse of the body), thus\nproducing ATP, or pure energy, for every body process that occurs within the human being. Many of the\nfoods we consume today are so processed, adulterated and devitalized (wheat flour, hydrogenated oils\nand trans-fatty acids, white rice, dairy products, and sugar), that the cells can no longer identify and thus\nmetabolize these substances for the essential functions of the body, i.e. energy and cellular regeneration.\nIf the cell cannot assimilate and utilize these nutrients, it leads to an accumulation of waste products in\nthe body, whereby serious metabolic conditions and degenerative neurological disorders can result.\nHealth Benefits\n· Nourishes your cardiovascular system\n· Improves mental function – supercharges your memory\n· Energizes cellular performance\n· Turns back the cellular clock – slow the aging process\n· Supports blood sugar regulators\n· Banishes fatigue\n· Maintains youthful skin\n· Enhances detoxification process – removing acid waste from the cell improves function.\nBody Systems Impacted\n· Cardiovascular\n· Nervous System\n· Circulatory\n· Skin\n· Blood Sugar\n\nSpecification Sheet \nThese statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.\nThis product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.\nCellular Energy\nDietary Supplement\nSupplement Facts & Usage\nCellular Energy Powder\nAs a Dietary Supplement: Take one to three scoops daily between meals.\nSupplement Facts\n1 scoop (Approx. 5g) Contains: % Daily Value*\nCalories 20\nTotal Carbohydrates 4.1g 1%\nProtein 0.5g 1%\nGlycoprotein Blend 4950 mg\nBrown Rice Flour, Short Grain Rice Flour, Fragrant Rice Flour\n†\nNatural Spirulina 50 mg †\n*Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet. All of us seem to have too many demands on our time these days and are continually trying to pack more into already busy days. We work long hours, have many demands at home and want to spend more time doing things we enjoy but just can’t seem to find the time. This leaves many of us feeling worn–out and in constant search of that pick-me up that will help get us through the next (insert meeting, play date, trip to the gym, visit to the in-laws).\n\nThankfully there is a Starbucks on every corner and if we can’t make it there maybe we reach for a piece of chocolate or a smoke.\n\nCaffeine, nicotine and chocolate are all stimulants which increase the activity of our nervous systems resulting in temporarily increased alertness. Caffeine and nicotine are the most commonly used stimulants in the world today! \n\nThe challenge with stimulants is they are highly addictive and cause peaks and crashes. Many of us started with a small cup of coffee each morning and have now worked our way up to 2 or 3 cups a day. Ultimately, using these types of stimulants regularly can cause harm to our bodies.\n\nThrough a combination of diet (including supplements) and lifestyle choices (including exercise), we can try to regulate our energy levels in an effort to find a more healthy and effective approach to the energy question. \n\nNatural dietary supplements can assist in regulating our body’s response to stress and fatigue and improve recovery times making us better suited to handle the day’s challenges. \n\nThis is done by using the correct combination of vitamins and herbs to modulate the stress response governed by the adrenal glands. When the body is under a regular amount of stress the adrenal glands can begin to over secrete hormones involved in the fight or flight response, including cortisol, norepinephrine and epinephrine. This over-secretion can cause fluctuating feelings of agitation, anxiety, and fatigue. Over time the body can begin to experience a lack of these hormones, often referred to “adrenal burn out”, leading to feeling overwhelmed and fatigued. \n\nThe energy supplement "Boost" by Good Elements (www.goodelements.com) is an excellent example. The combination of its natural ingredients balances the output of these hormones to provide the body with sustained energy helping you better cope every day rather than just getting you through the next event.

Attitude affects Action affects Attitude affects Action....\n\nThe Catch-22 of Self-Improvement\n\nThe more active we are, the more oxygen is pumped into our bloodstream, the more oxygen in our bloodstream, the better our brain functions, producing healthy chemical balance, producing healthier emotional and mental health. The healthier we are mentally and emotionally, the more positive we think and feel and the better our attitudes.\n\nThe better our attitudes are, the more positive we think and feel and the healthier we become mentally and emotionally, producing chemical balance that promotes brain health, allowing the brain to function correctly, recognizing its need for oxygen, and calling us to exercise.\n\nIt is very much a continuous cycle of healthy habits and desired wellness. The opposite is true, inaction robs the brain of oxygen, affects our attitude which affect our chemical balance which affects our physical health.\n\nSo stay active and stay positive, no matter what life throws your way.\n\n\n\n

I think with today's incredible demands, we are all looking for a way to feel better and have more "get up and go" that happens naturally, without the aid of caffeine ...\nI practice something called Waking Energy every day and have increased energy and clarity and overall strength.\nIt's a combination of qigong, the 5 Tibetans and yin yoga-- an amazing blend of ancient longevity techniques that really works!
