I had a 6mm stone which should have pretty good chance to pass by itself(>60% chance), but this Dr suggested Lithotripsy procedure. After I was all hooked up for the procedure, the Stone Institution personal told me that the stone is already dropped too low to go through this procedure. Therefore Lithotripsy was canceled. Then this Dr suggested another procedure to me. At that point, I dont trust him anymore. The 2nd opinion I got was to let the stone pass by itself, which was what happened to me in the next few days.
