My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. As far as boarding facilities go this is one of the better ones that I have seen and I feel confident that the staff takes great care of my pets.They try to make pets feel as safe and comfortable as possible. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I love everyone at this facility! They really care for animals and you can tell by their actions. They rehabilitated my 2 1/2 yr old rat terror after a almost fatal upset stomach and the night at the emergency clinic. They are so sweet and i guess there prices are fair. I have never called around to compare but they were cheaper than the one in Smith Station, AL. My whole family takes our animals there and I do recommend Crawford Rd Animal Hospital.
