Our loved one is still here we wish that not the case. But you have little choice of facilities and they know this. Care is awful and you have to watch everything. Meds, changing, showers, and I could go on. Theft of property is never investigated and is mostly ignored so sad too bad for you luck. The comment about staff being lost due to family is a joke. Staff does not want to work where pay is terrible, short of help and over worked all due to management being cheap cheap! Don't blame family who makes sure their loved one is ok. Blame your CNA'S who sit on their butt and do not work. They give the rest of the staff a bad name.
The Oaks needs a new administrator and head nurse. They need new management company but that will not happen. Sad for my loved one and anyone else.

I have a family memeber who was at the Oaks its not the hard work of the staff that is the issue you can work hard but not well. Work hard at what not changing a patient, not putting teeth in their mouth in the am, not making sure they are ok? Is that the type of work you are referring too? I can tell you putting your loved one here is very dangerous and if you do watch them everyday. Meds not given, care not given and abuse for sure. Be ware!
