My MIL has been in this establishment for EIGHT years and after countless 'care conferences' to improve her quality of life the staff and this organization have repeatedly let us down. I would NOT wish anyone be sent to this establishment. Anything not nailed down could be stolen INCLUDING CHRISTMAS GIFTS!!! and any requests fall on deaf ears. The staff turns over SO MUCH that no one ever seems accountable. This used to be a fun place. They had resident parades, fun activities to get people outside into the sun but now so many residents have tried to escape that NO ONE is allowed outside without family or a pass from the staff to go smoke (My MIL doesn't smoke) I hate feeling like my hands are tied when it comes to her care, I am actively looking to get her out of there. ANY help would be appreciated. Thank you for reading.

I didn't find this Nursing Home to be as caring as I would have liked for my mother. She was in so much pain all the time. When you have a patient who is clearly in such distress someone needs to take it upon themselves to get proper help for them. Giving narcotics is not a way to treat someone without a diagnosis. Your staff just added to the problem and never offered any help. Your outlook was just load them up so the screaming stops !!
That is no way to take care of patients. Not one person ever came in to check and see if anything was ever needed. I would never send anyone here for care and it should be a non-smoking facility !! The halls stink like smoke !
