They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves.

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, it was rather cramped
