They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was entirely satisfied with the level of service provided during my visit; I couldn't have asked for more. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The office is handicapped accessible, however, it is a long distance from the parking lot to the office door. Dr. K is always happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. Friendly office staff. I trust this doctor.
