Dr. Janet S. Mertz closed her practice several years ago to take care of her elderly parents. This phone number for her is out of order. The reviews on here are ficitious. I saw her for several years after my laryngectomee & she was the best ENT I've had in this area. She was Mayo trained which was a plus. She was a very caring & knowledgable ENT/Surgeon. She also performed node removal on my neck in 2002 & closed her practice within the next two years afterward. Your generic comments is not a good idea. Let people speak with their own words.
