I saw my PCP 5 times for a cough I had for 3 months. I kept being told to take Allegra. When I went in the 5th time I stated it cannot be allergies. After having a cough attack that caused me to black out in front of my two year old daughter I found the closest ENT I could to my office. It just happened to be Dr. Coffman. After explaining everything I had gone through, the visits, the x-rays, the meds, the blackouts, the lack of sleep... He said, "Are you ready to stop coughing?". He then shook my throat, which caused another cough attack and explained I have a hyperactive nerve. I was put on proper medication. Within 24 hours, my cough stopped. I am now off the medication and cough free.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are so friendly and nice-great people. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
