In his commercial, Dr. Hires says, "You can trust us; we're not going to surprise you." BOLGNA!!! ...The office staff quoted a price for work I needed done. Half was due up front & the remainder was due upon completion which used to be common practice...After I received dental work a short time ago, both the staff and I forgot about the remaining cost. I left without paying the last half. A few weeks later, I received a bill for twice the amount I owed. I called the office and was informed I had to pay for the 'glue/cement that attaches a crown. Come on, a few hundred dollars for glue?! REALLY?! This has NEVER happened. before. Dr. Hires USED to be trustworthy. I always used to pay half up front and half upon completion without any SURPRISES!!...I should have compared prices a long time ago. Dr. Hires' prices are outrageous for nothing! KEEP SHOPPING!
