This dental office goes through a new dentist every couple of years...I've been going to Willow Knolls for over 10 years and have probably had 6 dentists, maybe more. The last Dentist did me in. Her name is Sweta Shah DDS. Upon leaving, I signed release forms to transfer my records. She gave me a filling and I had to go back a few days later to fix the bite as it wasn't correct and was giving me a headache. She convinced me that it wasn't my filling that was the issue but the crown on my tooth next to it (though I told her repeatedly that was not the case). She proceeded to shave my crown down and when that didn't work, she then wanted to have me make another appointment to come back and have the filling fixed. So I left with a filling that needs repaired and now a crown that will have to be replaced. My husband & I are both switching dentists and I warn any current customers who have not yet seen Sweta Shah DDS to proceed with caution.

I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. The office staff does not return phone calls in a timely manner & I made 2 appointments that they "lost". Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. RUN RUN as fast as you can from this office!!! I do not recommend.

No, it was almost unbearable

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
