I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

* They were over an hour late on the Initial 5 min. consultation appointment.
* Office staff is rude and appears improperly trained on their jobs - ie. correct insurance company submissions, missing treatment records from file.
* Have continued to improperly bill my insurance company for 5 months!
* Precatice Manager refuses to meet in person to review billing issues/treatment records in file.
* Surgen was Ok - but office staff has been a nightmare.
