Dr. Wade and his staff always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. However, the magazines in their waiting room are few and boring which makes my time in the waiting room drag. The only thing that makes waiting worthwhile is my time with Dr. Wade. He is always very kind and understanding and genuinely wants to help. I will continue going back.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
