I went to this office for the first time Feb. 25. Scheduling was easy, wait time was short, staff was friendly, and office was clean. My actual appointment was great. I felt listened to and that my needs were being met. I got blood work done, right in the office. I have never had a better experience with blood draws before. I was called the next week for a follow up and was able to come the next day. She did not feel comfortable with some of the results and had another blood test. I felt like everything was thorough and everything was handled well. This was a great experience and will continue to come back.

I was seeking a basic preventative screening and the doctor's review and completion of specific documents. My visit was very disappointing and incomplete.
First, I scheduled well in advance to see a doctor. When I arrive at 8am for my appointment, I learn the doctor will not be in the office until the afternoon and I have to see a nurse.
They were disorganized and unprepared although, I gave them more than two weeks notice of my specific needs. My visit was incomplete (and required me to schedule a second visit) because they did not take any action or initiative on information provided well in advance to my appointment. More communication would be great to clients who have taken time out of their busy schedules to go to the office expecting the proper care and attention.

And.. when the care provider assigned to me has to Google search a basic medical task during my visit. That is concerning.
