They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
