I have been going to Dr. Oates for 30 years. Took my sons to him after having a bad experience with a "pediatric" dentist. They like him too! His assistant, Kendra, is very efficient and friendly. His wife, Susan, sometimes takes one of our appointments so we can be taken care of simultaneously. We're very pleased with all of them and trust them implicitly.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
