Debbie is fabulous! She is knowledgeable and kind, she is compassionate, realistic, and non-judgemental. I saw her for help with an eating disorder. That was years ago, but have contacted her more recently for diet guidance while pregnant and nursing and trying to reach my fitness goals. She has always been attentive, listens to and addresses my concerns, and never acts rushed. She makes her clients feel like they are the most important person in the world. I will definitely go to her with my dietary concerns in the future! Highly recommend.

Debby is great. She listens and meets the client where they are. She will put together a workable plan that suits the clients life style. She is realistic, non judgmental and very knowledgeable. I have referred a number of my friends to her.
