Karen is incredibly knowledgeable, takes her time to explain things so I fully understand, and genuinely cares about my health and progress toward my goals. The intense sugar cravings I’ve experienced for most of my life stopped immediately when I started following Karen’s recommendations. So far, I have lost more than 20 pounds of fat and I feel great. Several co-workers have been interested in my results and I have referred them to Karen. Karen & JoAnne make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Karen is among the best I have seen. I was in awe at the level of service I received and continue to receive. From the first call with JoAnne to set up my appointment and every appointment since, both JoAnne & Karen have completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I highly recommend Smart Nutrition. In fact, I've referred them to several of my friends and family.
