About
My interest is in pursuing a life-long passion of making a difference in the world through continuing education and online teaching positions,nutriton and/or medical program education design, blogs, e-books and now, through telenutrition services.
My major areas of interest and study are the physiological, psychological and genetic issues surrounding obesity and permanent weight loss. I have developed, tested and successfully sold a Weight Loss Contest Program early in my career and have successfully helped many overweight and obese adults with and without diabetes make permanent positive transformations.
I also specialize in longevity research, public health issues, medical nutrition therapy (MNT).

Virtual Nutritional Synergy was created originally to start a freelance writing business slowly evolved to offer more services. The virtual clinic is now open. Video consultation, phone follow-ups, meal planning, infographic boards (free), micronutrient testing , Alcat food allergy testing and Wellness FX risk assessment labs are available.
