I am a Licensed Sports and Performance Specialist. I am also a 2005 graduate of the Massage Therapy Institute of Missouri. I have 800+ credit hours in the healing arts. I find the newest and best modalites (treatments) available. My promise to you is to educate myself to treat you the best and most current ways possible.

My love is Neuromuscular Release Therapy. I’m licensed as a NRT Swing Flex Therapist. The creator, Paul Ruth personally trained me at the Neuromuscular Performance Institute in Scottsdale, AZ. Paul was selected as number one therapist for the pristigeful PGA Tour 1998-2005. Paul noticed dramatic changes in a golfers swing simply by eliminating their pain through various neuromuscular releases. It was a great honor to go do some one on one training with him. I too tried NRT on many clients and found this therapy to be more effective than any other treatment! That is why I am so excited to do more of this work. Finally an answer to why people are in pain.

I’m also a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and certified through the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Body Work.

As you can see, I really enjoy helping athletes and personal fitness buffs to gain performance with NRT. I enjoy working with all the elements; body, mind, emotion, and spirit, to achieve non-medicinal healing. I have extensive study in the areas of anatomy, physiology, fitness, and therapeutic massage as well as other alternative methodologies.
