Dr Grafals has been my physician for over 10 years and she has always been totally commited to patient health. She has expertly managed all my medical issues - with very positive results. She spends alot of time (20-30 minutes) at each appointment to ask questions and listen to answers. She is an excellent physician for internal medicine.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough. Did not tell me they were handling an in-office emergency. Took much longer than usual. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I'll probably to back. I didn't have a bad experience just poor customer service.

I had a physical appointment not too long ago with Dr. Grafals aroun 9 am. I got there ten minutes early, and was the only one in the waiting room. No secretary in sight, but when she finally came out she was very flustered, and looked confused about what she had to do. I filled out my paper work and sat. I waited 45 minutes before the secretary (who had disappeared) came out, not to tell me that she was sorry for the wait, but to stare at me as if I had done something wrong. She gave a fake smile when I asked what's going on...didn't get an answer.

I finally saw Dr. Grafals at 10:15. (I was still the only person in the office all that time.) Grafals did the normal physical appointment thing (said sorry for the HOUR wait). But before I even stepped foot on the scale, she looked me up and down and said, "Are you on a diet? You should lose ten pounds." Very unprofessional. AND I had lost 15 pounds since my last visit (I'm 5'5", 145 pounds, very muscular)

Then she goes into telling me how I should eat, and to stay away from carbs (I'm a runner...). I was very displeased and insulted and annoyed that she could be so rude.

I will not be back to see her; I am changing doctors.

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous
