I have a family member who has been coming here for years. As the previous person stated, there has been an alarming amount of turnover at this office. Don't bother making an 8:00am appointment cause Dr. Grafals doesn't bother showing up until closer to 9:00. Even if you call ahead just to pick something up, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. We've never waited less than 45 minutes to be seen here even though we've made regular appointments. When Dr. Grafals does finally see you, expect her visit to last less than 10 minutes. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

There seems to be a lot of turn over with support staff in this office. I should not have to call 10 times over the course of two days to follow-up on a prescription renewal request. I'm now still waiting for the approval, have run out of the med. and still no response from the office. I've been without the med for 4 days. My original request for renewal was placed well in advanced online and apparently they were switching to a new computer system. That's understandable, but now It's gone beyond acceptable. Someone else besides the doctor needs to be able to approval renewals and emergency prescription requests in a timely manner.
