I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
