Dr. Carol and her staff are nothing short of amazing! Several months ago we adopted a rescue dog who was on 7 different types of medication. Within a week he was down to one and is doing great! She believes in not only treating the pet but educating the pet parents as well. I love the alternative therapies that can be used, not just pharmaceuticals. Her line of vitamins are terrific and it shows up in a happy, healthy dog!

Dr. Carol and her staff are outstanding and compassionate. They not only treat the patient but make sure that I understand exactly what they are doing and why they are doing it. They work with me on accommodating my sometimes insane work schedule. A wonderful dog is in the process of adopting us and Dr. Carol and Hayle are our first stop!!

I DO NOT recommend Dr. Osborne! We wanted a holistic approach to care for our sick cat and that is what she stated she would do on the phone (unless absolutely necessary to go the traditional medicine approach). She did NO blood work and made a guess as to what she thought was wrong with our cat and then hoodwinked my husband into several shots for the cat before my husband knew what hit him! She stated that she was going to give him a shot and just like that she was giving my cat 3 prescription medications (traditional medicine shots). My experience with Dr. Osborne is through my husbands experience and also my speaking with her on the phone the day before the appointment as well as after the appointment. BUT, I do not care for her approach to my husband, who felt like she rushed and didn't take the time with my husband. She NEVER even talked about a holistic approach to treat his symptoms! And yet that is why we drove 45 minutes one way, to get a holistic approach! I do not like her attitude that she displayed to me on the phone stating that she has 30 years experience doing this (and then she uses her scare tactic that my cat would go into liver failure, etc, if she didn't do what she did for him). Well, her approach failed because my cat DID NOT get better on what she gave him, as she said he would (within 24 hours). We took our cat to another vet (after the weekend, since our cat did not get better) who is holistic in her approach and he was better with the herbs she gave him, within hours, just as she promised! And the blood work she ran came back for nothing! The herbs worked on his symptoms, not on some imaginary illness that Dr. Osborne THOUGHT he had! NEVER GUESS WITH MY HEALTH OR THAT OF MY CAT!!!!!! She is absurd! AND WRONG, very very WRONG!!!!! Save yourself the time and go to the holistic vet in Northfield! She is waaaaayyyy better!

I found her to be very cold and not having an ounce of compassion. I needed her at the worst possible time, my dog was sick and had to be euthanized. She was very matter of fact and right down to business. It was awful. Please reconsider using her.

Outstanding! Very patient and caring, answered all my questions without making me feel like an idiot. Also took the time to educate me on how better to take care of my older dogs. Spent more time with both the dogs and me than most vets. Really up to date on the latest techniques as well, obviously Dr. Carol and her staff know their stuff! Couldn't recommend more highly!

Dr. Carol goes above and beyond the traditional pet care available today. I was take back by her individual attention she gave to me and my pooch, you could tell she really cared and was not just trying to push us out the door as fast as she could! She spent over an hour with me and answered all my questions from A-Z, I have never left a vets office feeling more informed and confident about the care of my pooch Sophie. I can not thank Dr. Carol enough for her time or care she spent with me and I would recommend her to all!
