They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
