Extremely rude and unprofessional. Several issues with communication. Seems to have authority issues.

The main issues we attended "therapy" were that my daughter had a recent suicide attempt and a developing drug problem. We had been seeing this "therapist" for about a month when I found drugs in her purse. I told him about the drugs and he asked my daughter if they were hers. As any teen would, she stated there were no drugs in her purse and if they were in the purse, she didn't know about them. He stated, in front of my child, that he didn't know which of us to believe. Are you kidding me? Talk about taking away any credibility I had left with her!!

The suicide attempt was never addressed except by asking if she had ideations at each visit.

We quit seeing this therapist and I was quite shy about taking my child to see any other "professionals" for a while after that. I will say that I have not encountered anyone so rude and unprofessional since, and there have been many in our lives with a stay in long term drug rehab and six months of outpatient care. If it had been left up to this man my child would have never gotten the help she needed.

I tried to make an appointment with this individual. He was rude, argumentative and talked over me while trying to clarify a statement he misinterpreted. I even tried to call back to determine whether it was a rude staff member having a bad day or if it were the doctor himself. He refused to identify himself even when I reiterated that I called and received unpleasant interaction. I hope that others have better interaction, but mine did not proceed past the initial phone call!
