Dr He did a great job fixing my frozen shoulder. A very nice guy that knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt

Mostly yes
Did the environment feel well thought out with a holistic approach in mind?
They took a generally holistic approach to the environment within the office and I appreciated what they did.
Was the personalities of the staff well suited to a holistic approach to care?
A holistic approach to care means that everybody is on board at that level. In my opinion, not all the staff were the right people in that position.

I have had *mystery* tailbone, hip, and leg muscle pain for over 10 years. Recently the pain had intensified to a point where I could no longer get massage (too painful to touch) and core workouts at the gym were increasingly difficult if I was required to lay on my back or side. Several chiropractors, MDs, and orthopedics have assessed my situation over the years, yet diagnosis was always inconclusive and pain relief (like cortisone) only temporary. I was referred to Dr. He after seeking a holistic healer. He is all that I was looking for and more!
I have no idea how he did it, but at the end of the initial consultation, Dr. He managed to locate the exact origin of every pain point on my body (without me directing him) and he told me he could unblock all of my blocked Qi pathways (not that I knew what that meant or how he intended to do it). After only one cupping treatment session, I had relief in my lower back and hips that I had not had in over 10 years! I was skeptical of the treatment, so he encouraged me to lay directly on the hard floor and do the same moves I had not been able to do at the gym (even with 3 towels as padding). Sure enough, NO pain!!
Since then, I have been back a few more times and we continue to make astounding progress on other areas at each visit. I am not going to lie, for someone as “blocked as me”, the treatments (as they are occurring) are not comfortable, but the results by the end of each session are incredible. IMO, Dr. He’s healing techniques are second-to-none. I would not hesitate to send anyone to him because he practices with a holistic lens that I have seldom seen in medicine…and his methods produce results! Thank you, Dr. He!
