After an accident I needed to be adjusted to help with the pain and they were rude when I got there and told them what had happened and if I could still be seen, the pretty much told me they didn't want to adjust me, but she would and acted as if I was lying about my injury because I didn't fit the criteria for my accident. I have not been to them for 6 months and out of the blue they told me I had an outstanding copay and it is collecting fees. I would just like to know why it took them 6 months to tell me this and when I called for Office hours I practically had to coax it out of them, all I needed to know was how late they were open so I could know if I had to leave work early or not! At first they seemed nice, but are rather rude once they get to know you!

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.

They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They played pop country music, which was not to my taste. It did not make for a pleasing environment.
