The whole staff is such a friendly group of people. Everyone makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They usually take that extra step to make me feel special. I find my appointments here to be of value to me. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
