They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all.

They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me.
