Just hung up the phone with Dr. Dan who called me after my first visit to follow up on how I was feeling. Granted, not expecting miracles after my first session, but I have to say I am feeling much better and with such great follow up, I truly believe I am in great hands. Thanks Dr. Dan.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment?
Definitely! They made an extra effort to keep me well informed.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

GREAT DOCTOR!!!! I recommend him to everyone!

I am an aging athlete with a multitude of problems that stem from a bad car accident I had as a teenager- Dr. Dan (as I call him) saw me at a social function and watched me as I walked. He told me to go into his office the next day because he was concerned. Through a full body x-ray, they discovered there was an inch and a third discrepancy in the lengths of my legs, a huge pelvic imbalance and massive shoulder and neck problems that have been struggling for 30 years to make this listing ship sail straight. They put me on a great physical therapy program (combining exercise and chiropractic care), introduced me to Dr. Johnson, one of the great ER doctors in LA who is a partner, put me on a wweight loss program that helped me drop 30 pounds and the end result is I am much happier- have had a total renaissance in my career (look at me in my mid-thirties, not pretty) and are a group of people I love to be around. They can do blood work there, get special orthotics, work you out, decompress your spine and put a smile on your face. My friends and kids even go now. Dan's wife Deann is a wizard at staying on top of the insurance companies and making that part of the process as painless as humanly possible (as an attorney- she is a tad overqualified, but thank god someone that smart and tenacious is on top of that tedium). If I sound like a nutty enthusiast, I am, because in terms of medical care in Los Angeles, save for a life threatening situation that needs immediate surgery, Executive ER (formerly the Beverly Hills Comprehensive Medical Group) is the greatest thing since penicillin was discovered (I imagine in a pinch the level of surgical care they could provide wouldn't be too shabby either- if they did) Do yourself a favor and check this place out- deal with your torn ACL and that nagging flu that won't go away at the same time.
