The staff made a real effort to get me in when I needed it. I will continue to see Dr. Tutashinda, as my pain was significantly reduced and he was very attentive to my needs. He is highly skilled and empathetic.

Kweli Tutashinda is a real treasure to the community...he is extremely knowledgeable, professional and effective. He has a gentle and healing manner and a deep spiritual approach to chiropractic and to his healing work...my son and I have been going to him for several years and we would highly recommend him...He is particularly good with late teen/young adult male athletes (my son) because he is such a good role model and mentor.E

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.

I really like Kweli. He's a very conscientious chiropractor and very honest. He plays great music in the office. He's not a traditionalist and recommends yoga and strengthening exercises to accompany his adjustments.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
