Thomas Kusel is an excellent chiropractor. I have always been very satisfied with his care. He not only is excellent in giving needed adjustments, but he is a caring, individual who shows concern for his patients' overall well-being.

My first visit to a chiropractor was at age 15 and I had been to 14 before Dr. Kusel by the time I was in my late 30s. I have chronic neck, jaw and upper back issues. Dr. Kusel is by FAR the best doctor that has treated me. It's not just that he took special time getting to understand my particular issues, although that's amazing enough. And he is well educated, informed and current, and takes the time to make sure all my questions are answered. The best part is the way he made me feel like a valuable person - I wasn't expecting that. It had nothing to do with the treatment, really. But it follows me to this day. I had to move away, so he's no longer my doctor. His staff was terrific, too. They were always considerate and concerned for my well-being. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. I don't expect to ever find another place a good.

They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I have been a pt of Dr. Kusel fo @10 years; he and his staff are always welcoming, respectful and pleasant to do business with. I know whenever I have a problem with my back, he is there for me and in little time I am back to normal.
