I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
