Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

He is the only choropracter I would go to. I drive an hour to go see him because I trust him completely. I have recomended him to family and friends.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

I would recommend Dr. Vanderveer to others, especially my friends and family. I was happy with his care and would like to pass on my good experience to others. He paid attention to my problem area, which I really appreciated. I felt like I got what I went for. However, his secretary was not very nice and I'm not sure why. She was nice to other clients who came in.
