When my parents re-located to the area, I needed to find an audiologist quickly because my mother's hearing aid was not funcitoning and it was driving me crazy! Although I selected Samina based on time availability, I was extremely satisfied with my choice. Samina is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has a great personaility for this type of work. She was very patient in explaining options to my mother and was extremely accommodating in allowing her to try the product for a month prior to purchase. We made several trips for adjustments and education; and each time, Samina provided detailed explanations and options for improving my mother's difficulty in inserting and using the hearing devices. Thank you, Samina for your kindness and patience.
