I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their patients than here.

I found Samina on line and was thrilled to see she is local at Whittier Rehab. My 90 year-old mother had lost one of her hearing aids and she needed a completely new assessment. Samina was wonderful. Her professionalism, knowledge, her kindness, consideration for the patient and overall suberp "bedside" manner, state of the art applications, equipment, and tests used to get just the right level of hearing enhancement for my mother were outstanding. I can not stree enough what a pleasure it is to go to Samina and I would recommend her audiology services to anyone.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

I was very happy with the equipment they used during my appointment. I have never seen more advanced tools, and I knew they were extremely safe. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The staff at this office goes above and beyond to be friendly. They are extremely nice and welcoming. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Samina is very patient and attentive to the patient's needs.

I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
Samina Kahn was very professional and has a caring way about her. I felt she was genuinely concerned for my well being. She clearly explained what was the reason for my hearing problem. I was very comfortable with her.

Ordered a set of custom ear plugs to help prevent hearing loss while riding motorcycles. Samina helped me with the right choice for that specific application. I had a great experience and would recommend her to anyone.
