They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! Tom is very friendly and welcoming. I was very satisfied after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with his treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. Tom has completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

Dr. Tang is like no other chiropractor I've ever been to. He is not a "rack 'em and crack 'em" kind of guy. He gave me the most productive and incredible deep tissue massage for approximately... well lets just say it felt like forever and bordered on seriously painful at times... then he adjusted me. BUT, compared to the chronic locked neck pain I was in when I entered his office, this was tough love and well needed. And he fixed me!!! Before visiting Dr. Tang I was stuck. My neck was locked. I was taking Valium, Flexeril, and Norco just to tolerate my contorted position (yes, mixing those meds made me feel pretty high, and I lost a bunch of stuff because it was like living in a dream state). I walked out after one visit with ten times the range of motion and one tenth the pain. Two days later I was off all of the meds. For me, he is a miracle worker. Oh, and I'm a skeptical, contrarian, western medicine kind of guy. So, if you need some kind of fast fixing, consider yourself fortunate if you can get an appointment.
