Unless you want to be taken advantage of avoid this office. The office is dirty and the treatment coordinator is the rude, greedy and unprofessional. As a healthcare professional I understand the the results of certain procedures can never be guaranteed, but when treatment fails due to the negligence of the doctor the office should take accountability. You will find no such accountability at this office. Not only did I spend thousands of dollars out of pocket because I was out of network, but the office somehow managed to bill and get reimbursed almost $10,000 from the insurance company through questionable billing practices. Even after getting reimbursed that much money the office is still a struggle to get refunded the amount I paid out of pocket for the failed procedure. This is definitely the kind of office where taking advantage of a patient financial takes priority over taking care of the patients.

I suffered a terrible fall and fractured my cheekbone. The ER woke Dr. Egan up to share the Cat Scan information with her. She made space for me to immediately see her and I was in surgery within 6 days as this is crucial to aligning the bone. I have also used her for sinus problems and she removed an HPV lesion from my mouth. I can't praise Dr. Egan and her staff enough for how helpful and caring they all are...it is good to know that you are in good hands.

Sorry for the short review, but...I went here for a single procedure and Dr. Egan found through my CT other problems. She had me scheduled for surgery and completed it in a week.
I haven't breathed this well in 30 years or more. She is a great surgeon and knows her business.
Office staff was great, hospital was great. I feel great. She was very responsive to questions and even moved at a faster than normal schedule to accommodate my work schedule.
Absolutely top marks in all regards.

Never ever see this Dr. Again! Rude doctor, rude staff and dirty office. I have sinusitis, which I had known before I visited her. The doctor talk to me about 8 min and checked me out less than 2 min and prescribed the antibiotic which I had been used. And the bill came will $800. She charges some procedure I never had. I called the office, the one who answer my phone was quite rude. She hung up me several times. Promise will call me back but never happened. She can not answer why I was charged for the procedure I 've never been told and done. This is totally a robbery!

The staff here is friendly. Dr. Egan is great, too. I left the appointment feeling so much more at ease and much more knowledgeable about what was going on with me. She answered every single one of my questions thoroughly and I felt very informed. I do plan on recommending her to my friends and acquaintances. If anyone I know is in need of a good ENT doctor, I will direct them here. I'm really impressed. They really care about patient comfort at this office.

I usually do not write reviews but Dr. Egan was the answer to our prayers. Our daughter has suffered with chronic sinus infections for 2 years and had been treated by her physician as well as another Allergy/Immunology doctor. We were finally referred to Dr. Egan and now my daughter is healthy again and able to breathe through her nose for the first time in a very long time. Dr. Egan's background is amazing but she is also very kind, takes her time with us and whenever I have need to ask her a question by phone she will pick up or get back to me right away. I would like to add that her staff is just as wonderful and has always been so helpful to us.

Dr. Egan is a great doctor. I came to her with my allergy issues and she diagnosed me and gave me a solution. In 3 days, my symptoms and severe allergy issues went away!! She also did my deviated septum surgery and did a great job! When I had to call the next day because I had questions, she immediately returned my call. Her office and staff are very nice and punctual - I never have to wait very long for anything. Dr. Egan listens well and gives her honest opinion. I highly recommend her as an ENT. She ROCKS!
