They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't.

I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet.
